What will I get from this community?

This Community is a great resource for Prospect Researchers, Developers, and Fundraisers. It’s also an alternative to phone and chat support. You can ask your question here and it will be answered by a Target Analytics expert or by a peer. 

There are also postings from Target Analytics employees and some generated from members of our own Community. They are all related to best practices when using Target Analytics services and products.

What can I provide this awesome group of people?

There are several ways you can contribute in our Community. Your input and expertise is invaluable! From the brand new researchers to the seasoned veterans – you have the knowledge and we’d like to hear it! Start a conversation or jump right into an existing one. This is a place to ask support questions, discuss common goals and practices, brainstorm ideas, submit ideas to the Product Development Team, and a place to connect with others.

What kind of questions are posted here? 

Anything and everything. You can ask about ResearchPoint, WealthPoint, WealthPoint OnTime, or any DES related service (AddressFinder, EmailFinder, Social Media Finder, etc.)
You can also ask fellow Fundraisers how they are using their software. Have a tip or trick that makes your work day a little easier—share away!

But remember, let’s keep this Community friendly! Keep conversations civil and on topic.  

I have a technical question. Where can I get help?

If it’s technical support you seek – ask your question here in Community. Chances are someone has already asked the question and the answer lives here. If not, a Customer Support Analyst or Consultant will chime in if a fellow Community member doesn't beat them to it.

If you don’t find the answer you are looking for or need more specific assistance – you can always CHAT with a support agent. We’ll take care of any wonkiness you may be experiencing.

I have a feature request. Where can I share my idea?

Great! We’re all ears. Our team is constantly working on features and updates to make your life better, and we love to know which ones are most important to you. You can share your suggestions and vote on others in the ideas category where you can "up-vote" ideas. 

Where can I find updates on new features? 

We'll be sharing improvements and new features (perhaps one you've requested) here in the Community.
