More iPads to give away!  Want one?  It's time to take the Cultivate challenge.
 

Your challenge this week is to Cultivate your Community network by starting to connect with other people in the Community and inviting missing peers to join. The more connections you have, the more you can learn! Simply:
  1. Visit the Member Search page
  2. Search for and find a colleague
  3. Send them a friend request... that's it!
  4. Don't see your colleagues in the Member Search?  Invite them and you'll automatically be friended when they register for Community.
You have until 11:59 pm ET on Sunday, October 18 to complete the Cultivate Challenge. On Monday, October 19, we will select one random Community member who has completed the Cultivate  Challenge to win a 64GB Apple® iPad mini.  View contest rules and restrictions

Minor Update: Please be careful about how fast you send out friend requests!  The system has an anti-spam autoban that triggers if you send a few requests in short succession.  I'm able to fix it, but I don't want you to miss out on any of the action here!
