It was great to see so many of you at MESC last week. I love reading surveys, but it's even better to get feedback in person. I will also be at TAG later this month; if you are there, please stop by and say hello.

I am working with our training team and the consultants who put together content for the labs and sessions at MESC about how we can bring that experience to folks who weren't able to attendĀ  in Austin. We will be posting some of the material here, running other sessions as webinars and also talking about how we could put together a 'road show' that can be presented at regional user groups over the next few months. There is no substitute for the full networking experience at the conference, but we'd like to share the educational materials as widely as practical.

Finally, I'd have to say our first full month of Community is a big success! We have about 600 people following the MicroEdge products already. The transition of solution articles from PowerME to Community is largely complete, so our focus is shifting to developing new content prioritizing the most common reasons people contact support. I'm enjoying the spirited dialog happening in the Forums, keep that coming!
