IGAM, Online Applications is Functioning Normally for Applicants; Slowness Reported on Retrieval 
Slowness in accessing IGAM, Online Applications was reported at around 4am ET this morning. The team restored service to normal and no additional cases were reported.  We will continue to monitor access throughout the day and week to ensure a smooth experience.  Additionally, we have learned of some intermittent challenges with retrieving applications.  The team is currently researching the intermittent delays in retreiving.  Thank you for your patience while we resolve the issue.
