27 July 9:02 GMT Resolved GIFTS Online Users In The UK Are Now Able To Retrieve Applications From IGAM

The server has been reset and the problem has been solved. The DNS servers which are responsible for IGAM retrievals stop resolving with the server site name.  Once reset the server was fully restored.

27 July 8:18 GMT Recieved reports that GIFTS Online users in the UK were unable to retrieve applications from IGAM 
We recieved reports that clients using GIFTS Online in the UK only were unable to retrieve applications. We escalated the issue to our technical team in order to resolve.
