[6 August Online Application retrieval Unexpected Downtime]
It was reported that there is unexpected downtime today on the Blackbaud Grantmaking Online Applications dashboard part. The error is causing the Online Applications retrieval dashboard to not render for our UK customers. If you are a customer, you are currently unable to retrieve applications and reporting requirements. The issue was reported, we have identified the cause and are working to remedy the ability to retrieve applications. These errors were confirmed by our Application Monitoring.
