Case Central Template Change

Starting today, August 24, 2015, when starting a Blackbaud Support case on Case Central, there will be a new case template to fill out.

This new template will help us gather pertinent troubleshooting information upfront and get you solutions faster. The changes are seen in step 3 of the template and included is a screenshot of the required fields denoted by red *.
