Knowledgebase Issues May 10 - Resolved

Update:  The knowledgebase was back online early hours Wednesday morning. Articles and other content types are available via normal access via http://kb.blackbaud.com.

Due to an outage at our technology provider, Blackbaud Knowledgebase articles and the main search page are unavailable.  The provider has been working all day to restore our service, and we are waiting for an ETA on a full resolution. 

We apologize for any inconvenience. This is impacting customers and Blackbaud staff.

While the KB articles are offline, the Product Documentation content can still be searched via https://search.blackbaud.com. You will need to select the Content Type checkbox for Product Documentation on the left side to filter the results.
