Hurricane Matthew: Final Update

Our Blackbaud, Inc. office in Charleston, SC will resume normal operations starting tomorrow, October 11, 2016. All of our other office locations continue to operate normally.

Blackbaud Customer Support will operate with a reduced staff to handle only customer emergencies until tomorrow, October 11. Normal operations will resume tomorrow. If you have non-critical issues today, we ask that you please use our online resources. You can search Blackbaud Knowledgebase for questions or post here in the Blackbaud Community.

Our teams sincerely appreciate your patience and understanding during this weather emergency and look forward to getting back to normal, with our staff safe and sound!

Thanks everyone! Our office fared well. We have some outlying coastal communities that were hit pretty hard. It will be a long recovery for some, but everyone is safe. :-)
