Believe it or not, it’s been two years since the new Blackbaud Community prepared to go live. The official go live date is technically tomorrow but that Sunday filled with testing, check-in calls, and Raiser's Edge orange etched into my eyeballs will be a day of infamy for this Community Manager. Yes, infamy.

Two years and many product communities later, the Blackbaud Community has grown tremendously and it’s all because of you.

Your Community Managers continue to find new ways for you to learn, connect, and engage so you can achieve your missions and make the world a better place.  Simply put - thank you for being here. It's been a great ride so far!

Wow, two years, congrats! I enjoy the updates that are relevant to my product. The ability to post and share questions and ideas is always great, I would love to see more of that. the tips and tricks are most helfpul.  The fun monthly challenges are always exciting to participate in and see who the community members are that win and/or spottlighted each month. Thank you.
Thanks, Shannon!
Thanks for the feedback, Faith! If you don't mind, I may reach out early next week to talk about the navigation between each community - as you noted RE to Best Practices.

I know we've been working on the other search capability you mention below and I'm going to make sure this feedback makes it to our team working on it. I appreciate your feedback.

Keep connecting - I love hearing about that! :)
The best part of the community is -- the networking, of course! Love being able to share ideas and troubleshooting with other users.

There are a couple improvements I'd like to see, if they're possible. Right now, when I'm in the Raiser's Edge chat area, there's no easily navigable button to exit the Raiser's Edge community topics in order to get to, say, Best Practices. Also, when doing a member search, you can only select one Job Role type at a time - if you select two, it operates on an AND function, rather than an OR function, so selecting "database administrator" AND "Gifts Management" yields only individuals who have both listed on their profiles. If you could change this to an OR functionality, that would be nice.

Keep up the great work!
