Crystal Clear: It's The Feature You've Been Waiting For!

The Blackbaud Community is getting ready to unleash a feature that will enhance how you communicate with others. What is it? How does it work? Let me make it... Crystal Clear! *que theme song* *theme song still in development*

We are turning on @ mentions!

You will soon be able to tag members in discussions, blog comments, events, and in resources. Just simply type "@" and the member's name to @ mention them.

Everyone who is @ mentioned in Community will receive a notification in their Community inbox, as well as their external email at the TOP OF every hour. It will be a consolidated list with all of your @ mentions. 

You can adjust your @ mention notifications HERE in Community. You can turn off receiving notifications (that won't turn off the functionality.)

The feature will be turned on in Community on Tuesday, September 4th at 9am est. 

It will be turned on just in time for our voting contest for our free bbcon/bbu day blog contest giveaway!
