My name is Michael Culler and as a member of Blackbaud’s Customer Success leadership team, it is my pleasure to bring to you the latest installment of Customer Success & You. I had the honor and pleasure to be part of bbcon 2018 earlier in the month in Orlando, Florida. 

As part of this beneficial, rewarding, and unique conference, our Vice President of Customer Success, Andy Kearney, along with a number Blackbaud leaders and a panel of customers conducted a session titled Getting the Most Out of Your Blackbaud Experience. In the session we focused on what success means to the attendees in the room, how Blackbaud endeavors to partner with you, and what resources and tools are available today to help you become even more successful. 

As always, we know your organization is on a mission and we will continue to help you realize those goals and outcomes through this and a myriad of other programs, events, and special communications we intend to bring to you in the months and years to come.
