About Steph: Tell us about your family (fur babies count!) "I am married with one child. My husband is Director of Secondary Education and I am the Director of Operations at a higher educational institution. Our daughter keeps us busy with soccer." Where do you live? "Pennsylvania." What do you like to do for fun? "Go to amusement parks. So far this summer, we have been to 5 different amusement parks."
	What’s a life achievement you are particularly proud of? "I'm very proud of my daughter and the young woman that she is growing up to be." What’s one memory that always makes you smile? "College days."
Tell us about your organization "Bloomsburg University Foundation is the non-profit philanthropic arm of Bloomsburg University. Currently in a $50 million campaign, we are committed to raising funding and awareness for the iniatitives that our faculty and students are creating." What’s a typical day like for you? "Crazy with so many different tasks. Never know which way to turn. As Director of Operations, I am also the IT staff, Human Resources, Director of Advanacement Services and Director of Operations. Don't worry, our organization only has 18 full time staff." What’s the best part of your job? "Everything!"
	What advice would you give someone starting out in the non-profit field? "Utilize as many resources as you can. There are so many free resources (websites, blogs, user groups, etc.) but also great resources in CASE, AFP, AHP, Chronicle of Philanthropy, etc." What do you love about the Blackbaud Community? "The ability to ask any question and have multiple answers almost immediately."
What is one interesting fact about yourself most people don't know? "I am triple certified in Blackbaud." (Steph is certified in the Raiser's Edge, Target Analytics, and Financial Edge)
Finally... If you were a sandwich, what kind of sandwich would you be? "I would be a peanut butter and marshmallow sandwich. Sweet and salty and gooey!"
