Tell us about your family (fur babies count!) "My best friend, Chance, was a German Shepherd who I adopted from The Pasadena Humane Socity when he was 4 months old.  His mother and 3 sisters were abandoned and left in a yard.  He chose me as his person.  He lived to be 13 years old and was a love to the very end, smiling and happy."

Where do you live? "La Cañada, California."

What do you like to do for fun? "I love to read and garden and cook and use Raiser's Edge Enterprise and help others learn more about anything I know.  I am a giver."

What’s a life achievement you are particularly proud of? "My two sons who are now 21 and 24.  And all my dogs I have been blessed to have in my life.  I am particularly blessed with my church family and being happy and glad!  After a very long marriage it is thankfully over and life is looking really good!!!!!!!!!"

What’s one memory that always makes you smile? "Hmmmm, well, when my sons were born."

What is one interesting fact about yourself most people don't know? "When I was in high school I ran track and cross country.  On track I ran the 1 and 2 mile races.  My best 1 mile time was 5 minutes 25 seconds."

What are three things on your bucket list? "Love, laugh and live happily!"

Tell us about your organization "ArtCenter College of Design is an incredible place where new products are designed, developed, and so much more.  Please visit our website!"

What’s a typical day like for you? "Work, work, work.  Queries, exporting, coding, cleanup, what ever is needed."

What’s the best part of your job? "Using Raiser's Edge.  I really don't care where I work.  I look for database director or manager jobs that use Raiser's Edge."

What advice would you give someone starting out in the non-profit field? "Listen and find someone who knows there stuff and absorb it.  Look at all the jobs in Philanthropy/Development/Advancement and see how they all work together.  The more you know about what others do the more you can understand."

What do you love about the Blackbaud Community? "People know what you do and can help with anything need help on."
Finally, if you were a sandwich - what kind of sandwich would you be?: "Turkey with mayo and pepper.  Yummy!"
