Meet Claudia Marmorowski!
This week's member spotlight shines on Raiser's Edge, RENXT, and Target Analytics user, Claudia Marmorowski. Claudia is one of our bbcon 2017 pass winners! |

Tell us about your family (fur babies count!) "My husband and I just celebrated our one year wedding anniversary and are going on ten wonderful years together. My fur baby Maddi crossed the rainbow bridge a few months ago but we both come from big families and have lots of nieces, nephews, and cousins keeping us busy at the moment."
Where do you live? "Selinsgrove, PA." What do you like to do for fun? "I love the outdoors and spend a lot of my time fishing, kayaking or hiking. I'm really excited to try some new trails especially as we get into the crisp fall weather." |
What’s a life achievement you are particularly proud of? "My b-CRE certification makes me so proud, as a mostly self taught Raiser's Edge user it felt great to validate all the progress I've made!" |
Tell us about your organization: "I work for a great little community hospital in Central PA. I have met some of the friendliest and nicest professionals in my time here, they are always extending a helping hand to the community." What’s a typical day like for you? "A typical day is mostly a-typical. We are gearing up for our largest comprehensive campaign yet, which involves facing a few unknowns but with the support of the community we've been getting there one day at a time!" What’s the best part of your job? "My coworkers are truly amazing. I don't know how I would get through a day without them!" |
What advice would you give someone starting out in the non-profit field? "Find a nonprofit you love and are really passionate about, it makes the bad days good and the good days better." What do you love about the Blackbaud Community? "The support hands down is so great. I have asked my fair share of questions and gained answers to things I hadn't even thought to ask yet based on conversations going on. It is such a great feeling when you feel like someone has your back. At my organization I am the primary database person so when I had a question I was turning to google, but finding the community was such a relief and has turned into one of the best parts of my day. I love reading up on what other people have going on and seeing how everyone is optimizing their database and their time." |
