Just wanted to post and let y'all know about the latest from our development team.


Over December 2019, we made the following changes:
  • Improved donor reporting with new fund description fields
  • Improved user import troubleshooting by adding data type errors
  • Added the ability to filter by opportunity status
  • Added the ability to access user accounts from the Applications grid
  • Increased the flexibility of system grids

    I have noticed in the last month, that the site has been running much slower than it has in the past and sometimes does not update the way it should right away. I wonder if it is in part because of this update. Are there any other reports of this, or should I submit an inquiry?

    Hi Mallorie,

    It's unrelated to this release, but we have been getting intermittent reports of site slowness or error messages and have been making smaller back-end changes to help improve performance. Will you submit a support ticket the next time you run into it? Any details you can provide will be helpful as we investigate further, especially in regards to what actions you were trying to take within the system.
