Can one change the sort order from Alpha Order to User Defined for Interaction Categories and Subcategories like you can with values in Code tables. I see you can change the sort order of the Subcategories when you initially set up the Category, but can you change the display order of the Categories themselves?

When is Blackbaud no longer going to support SSRS reports after a certain SQL upgrade? Do we know Blackbauds plan or response to the MS SQL 2025 replacement of SSRS to PBIRS. Microsoft is no longer supporting SSRS from SQL 2025. They are beginning the replacement of SSRS with Power BI Report Server (PBIRS).
