What does assigning staff to a checklist actually do? I can't find documentation anywhere about it, and when I assign the checklist and impersonate the assigned staff, I don't see anywhere obvious for them to track the checklist. The Manage Checklist tab is available to them regardless, from another role.

Today, we noticed that when a parent is viewing their checklist, the word "Optional" appears on every checklist step. We have never used "required" for any checklist item so that we can "waive" items. So we have no idea why "Optional" is suddenly appearing. Help! This is not good.
Hello, Since the BB GUI changes, students and parents are no longer able to see the Lunch block (11:30-12:10). Are other schools experiencing the same issue and/or have found a workaround? Below is what they currently see. Thank you. Jason
I know it just rolled out, but does anyone know what is supposed to go in the “Recipient Title” form field of this new feature? And who sees the “Email Body”--parent or school the parent is sending the request to? BB chat is not helpful. Thanks!
