I was wondering if anyone could share the best practices for data purging in your database. What is the process, what components/criteria are included in the purge, and how often is it performed to maintain an active list of prospects and donors, ensuring data efficiency and success?
Does anyone have a formal NXT rollout project plan they are willing to share? I'm curious to know if anyone has scoped out an “implementation” type plan that would help this newbie RE user be thoughtful around testing, training, etc. as we head toward December 2025!
Has anyone been able to successfully merge queries in NXT. Every time I attempt, I receive a "That's Odd" message. I was not sure if it is me or if the feature is not yet working properly. I was able to merge the queries in database view.

Is there a way to disabled automatic Fundraiser Gift Credits for a particular Fundraiser Type, or even just for a given donor?
It would be helpful to be able to open a constituent record from a RENXT batch. Sometimes it's helpful to check the donors previous giving to determine what GL# the current gift should be applied to or see what affiliation the donor has with our organization.
I have a user that created a large batch from an event. The wrong GL# was used and I was looking for an easy way to update the fund without having to do so in each gift record. Any suggestions?
