Hi, As RE NXT cannot customize or give merge options to send E-Receipt to both spouses if needed, we need to do it from RE database. Since Word Merge format is no more available after 2022, how can I do it using Rich Text merge. Can someone help me with this? Thanks, Naila

We are wanting to have a memorial page on our website for someone who passed away unexpectedly and allow donors to contribute specifically to that one tribute record. When I am doing queries in database and I want to include only emails and phone numbers that are active, I consistently also get the inactive and/or the one marked with the do not sign. How can I make sure those are excluded in my query? Thanks in Advance!
