Is there anyway to download this information for our most recent emails?

@Crystal Bruce yes i'm aware you can see the stats, but you can't report or query or even download them for analysis so I don't see the point. Also it only shows so many recent emails (and with full stats)

@Jesse Calagna I understand, thank you for clarifying. I went back to my team for feedback and they mentioned that you should be able to download the information and if you are not seeing the option to contact Blackbaud support: Chat - Blackbaud. Thanks!

@Crystal Bruce that is exactly why I posted on here - support told me it was impossible and to add it to the Ideas bank. Seems like something we should be able to do.

@Jesse Calagna I do see the case in our system and it does seem to show that fields can not be exported, but lists can in Raiser's Edge NXT. If you were wanting to post this in the Ideas Bank here is the link: Raiser's Edge NXT® Ideas. In order to post the idea, you'll need to log in with a new username/password on the left hand side of the page. This is not linked to Blackbaud single sign on. Thanks!

@Jesse Calagna - You are correct. There is no way to query or export email response/stats - this is ‘view only’ information within Web View. As Crystal mentioned, I recommend visiting the Idea Bank and voting for the numerous ideas that exist for this. Here are few to vote for, there are many more - if what you want is not represented, add a new idea and share a direct link to it here by locating it in the main menu, right-clicking and choosing “copy link address”.
