What is the Registration Form Submissions List?

The Enrollment management team recently launched a new list for Event form submissions, but what is it and how does it work?

Over the past few months, the Enrollment management team has made significant updates and additions to various lists within the product. In fact, you may have seen the blog post back in April, showcasing all of the recent changes being made.

It started later in 2022 with the Admissions Event management overhaul, moving out of Podium and into the more modern SKY look. Then we moved to Financial Aid Rewards, and just recently in May, we spoke about the new Candidate Candidate experience.

As we continue to build upon that new look and feel Event management experience, we have a new component feature to showcase called Event form submissions. If you saw our What’s New release for May 30, you likely caught a sneak peek of it.

When working with the new Event Registration section, admissions managers can now select the number of form submissions displayed for the listed events to open the Registration form submissions list which shows all the data collected in the event registration form and important details like when it was submitted, address information, who submitted it, and more.

Using the columns option, admissions managers can change what information is being displayed, removing or adding specific columns as needed. on top of that, this information can then be exported into a CSV file using the Export list option or generated into a printer friendly version by selecting View Registration under the Print form column.
