BLACKBAUD EMPLOYEES HONOR BLACK LEADERS IN HISTORY February marks the acknowledgement and celebration of Black History Month in the US and Canada—a month dedicated to recognizing the important contributions that African Americans and Black Canadians have made to help shape our countries.
In the spirit of education and engagement and to kick off our celebration of Black History Month, members of Blackbaud’s BLEND employee resource group (Black Employees Encouraging Diversity)
produced a few short videos about influential black leaders who helped ensure Black history’s long overdue and rightful inclusion in US and Canadian history. Is your organization also celebrating Black History Month? We’d love to hear – tell us in the comments!
BLACKBAUD COMMUNITY FEBRUARY CHALLENGE: Through the end of February, you can earn the limited-time-only “social networking” badge by adding a link to at least one of your social media profiles (LinkedIn, Twitter, or Facebook) in your Blackbaud Community profile. It’s all about helping you connect with other community members in a way that helps deepen your personal interactions and continue to broaden your network. For the duration of February, we’ve also increased the points you can earn from sharing a blog post or event to your social media channels from 50 points to 250 points!
