Looking to contract for services: Need Clean up in RE-NXT and some set up for up to 2000 records

I'm working with my client --Yo San University in LA -- on a big development initiative that includes a Raiser's Edge cleanup project—about 2,000 records requiring roughly 200 hours of work. We don't currently have a database manager and won't hire one until later this year, so I'm looking for someone RE-savvy who could take this on as a contract or side project (remote, with my oversight). We are very clear on what we need as we launch a new multi-faceted institutional advancement build out. We just ran our first campaign using our current data and had strong success while learning a lot about what needs attention. (We cannot afford the BB rates at this point in our process.)

  • Hi Tara!

Thanks for sharing more about the Yo San University project—congrats on the success of your first campaign. I’d love to help support the Raiser’s Edge cleanup as you continue building out the advancement function.

I’ve worked extensively in Raiser’s Edge/NXT on database cleanups, gift records, duplicates, and data standardization, especially when an organization doesn’t yet have a dedicated database manager. I’m comfortable working independently with oversight and keeping things moving in a clear, organized way.

It would be great to connect briefly to walk through your cleanup priorities, how you’re defining scope and success, and the timeline you have in mind for the 2,000 records.

For additional context, here’s a brief client testimonial from similar Raiser’s Edge work:

“I worked with Dea for three years, and she was an exceptional partner in managing and optimizing our Raiser’s Edge database. She is highly reliable, meets deadlines consistently, and adapts easily when priorities shift. Her attention to detail and strong understanding of Raiser’s Edge ensured our data stayed accurate, organized, and usable.”

I’ve also attached my resume for background on my experience.

    Best,
    Dea
