When do gifts come into the online NXT batch area

It seems like gifts are only pulling into the online batch area on the disbursement date and not on the gift date - is that how its supposed to be? or is that something that can be changed?

    Tough one to know for sure what is happening here without some follow up questions. If these are online gifts they may be coming in from the online donor review area and delayed before they come into batch. Does "pulling in" mean automatic recurring gift transactions? In general though, there are 2 dates that come into play, the gift date and the gift date added. The gift date should be the date of the actual transaction and the gift date added is the date the gift was approved thru the batch.

    We definitely do not have any functionality related to disbursement date yet so there is something else going on here. Support might be the best place to track down what is exactly happening.
