Did a quick one (apply to each gift then condition), just not using the same complex condition, but same idea

You mentioned you can't do “multiple” within a condition, while that is “true”, it is just a matter of making change to your flow in a way that you “gather” the info of the multiple in an array variable that stored all the info you need (which the array variable is appended to in the “No” path of the condition for doing “physical” mailing, do nothing else, so no populate word, no create file).

Outside of your apply to each (gift), you will then do the populate word document (ONE action, not in loop) using the array variable of information, then create the ONE file that has all the “pages”.
