Online/Offline - donorCentrics Collaborative Benchmarking Meeting
Participation in the donorCentrics Collaborative Online/Offline Benchmarking Meeting is restricted to current customers in the Online/Offline Fiscal Year benchmarking cohort. Participating organizations must agree to share their data with small cohort groups to benchmark against peers.

The Online/Offline Fiscal Year benchmarking cohort typically includes organizations across multiple philanthropic sectors. These organizations have strong direct marketing programs with a programmatic emphasis on online giving channels. While conversations at the meeting revolve around the entire annual fund program, extra focus and attention is paid to trends related specifically to online fundraising programs, including analysis on email and digital advertising programs.

What is donorCentrics?
Introduced in 1989, donorCentrics has provided collaborative benchmarking services to more than 400 organizations in the U.S. and around the globe.

donorCentrics puts the donor, rather than the campaign at the center of the analysis. The analysis helps to identify opportunities for program growth, identifying underperforming segments, and maximizing donor value. donorCentrics analysis spans 5 years, since a trend over time is more instructive than a single-year measure.

donorCentrics analysis includes: an Overall Program Assessment that examines donor lifecycle behavior and fundraising performance trends over 5 years; a Collaborative Benchmarking Report that compares key metrics with other organizations in an assigned cohort; and a facilitated Collaborative Benchmarking Results Meeting to discuss results, share best practices and key successes.

Event Comments

I am interested in attending. What time is this meeting? (Information here has starts on 2/13 and ends 2/14, without at time.)

Hi Amy, thanks for your interest in donorCentrics! The Online/Offline collaborative benchmarking meeting is not open to the public because the meeting and presentation contains confidential, organization specific data. Only those organizations who have paid to participate and agreed to share their data with a small cohort of organizations are granted access to the full report and meeting presentation.
