Hi! We are testing the new applications portal. We sent a link; we completed the application and submitted it. We reviewed it and declined it, sent an email that we declined via system. When does the applicant see that the application was declined in their account? It is still showing as “In Progress”.
Hello! Has anyone yet integrated multi-year progress reports into the new portal? If so, can you tell me about the process? When I add a form to the workflow, I can make the due date a custom day (like January 1, 2025). But if I use the same Progress Report form for a report due January 1, 2026, would I have to re-upload…
In database view you're able to delete solicitors from relationships, but in RENXT you're only able to "end" the relationship. Does anyone know if/how these summer years are used? They don't appear in School Information > Years & Terms, only on student profiles when editing enrollment rows. Can they be used in any capacity for summer enrollment, billing, etc?
How does everyone track grant periods in Opportunities? I am creating an Opportunities SOP with one of our grant managers and she mentioned it would be helpful to track grant start and end dates in Opportunities. There currently isn't a field existing in NXT, but it looks like an old database manager created a custom field…
