Tips and tricks to avoid being locked out of ResearchPoint. 

As you all probably know due to security reasons ResearchPoint passwords expire every 90 days.  Also, if you don't login a week or two before the password expires you may miss the notification reminding you to change your password.  You are then locked out and can't use ResearchPoint. sad

Below are some tips to keep you from being locked out: 
  1. Use ResearchPoint more often! smiley ResearchPoint is a great tool for pulling amazing details on your constituents that can pay off.
  2. Add a reminder to your calendar to go in and reset your password every 90 days.
