New ELearning Courses Released!

Learn (at your leisure) about Affluence Insight and details on the modeling process!

I’m really excited about two eLearning courses that were released within the last week: Target Analytics: Basics of Modeling and Target Analytics: Basics of Affluence Insight.

These video courses are both accessible and complimentary for all Blackbaud clients with a Learn More or Learn Everything subscription to any Blackbaud product, as well as to clients who own products with access to the eLearning library, such as ResearchPoint.

These two topics may have been confusing to organizations in the past who did not have the benefit of a consulting engagement to walk them from definition of scores through to implementation suggestions.   These videos are well-paced and engaging while offering source explanations and timelines to implementation.

The Affluence Insights course covers the sources, definitions and execution steps so that you can start using your results immediately.  Mentioned here are key strategies for communication, recommended queries to build immediately and ideas for implementation of each returned value.

The modeling course explains the predictive modeling process, both the likelihood and capacity models and their scoring, as well as segmentation recommendations with suggested queries to build.  For example, focusing your attention on prospects who score a likelihood of 701-1000 with personalized conversations and communications will lead you to your best prospects as opposed to the second tier or lower scoring prospects.  Discussed in the course are also return on investment study results, as well as timelines for you to follow when using your annual giving, major giving and planned giving results.

I’m going to recommend them to my clients as a refresher to the topics we’ve discussed in sessions, and I think anyone could use them to learn a little more about Analytics at Blackbaud!
