Schedule A TeamRaiser Event Status Email - And More Tips From DNL Omnimedia

Our partners at DNL Omnimedia have compiled some super Luminate Beta tips in a blog post entitled 3 Ways to Start Using Luminate Beta in 2018, including new ways to use Dashboards, Lists and the Social Influence Report.

Their Dashboards suggestion helps handle a really common challenge for event coordinators: Making sure that everyone who needs/wants to know about event progress gets frequent (and now, more painless) updates.

Schedule a TeamRaiser Event Recap Email 

We all have those people in our organization that are constantly asking, “how is the event doing?”. The next thing you know, you’re spending 15 minutes each day logging into Luminate Online to grab quick information, like total participants, teams, and amounts raised.

While there is definitely more information to be added to the Dashboards feature of Luminate Beta, like year over year or event comparisons, we really like that it provides a quick snapshot that can be e-mailed out on a regular basis.

Psst: There’s not currently a feature to schedule emailing of a dashboard to someone else, but our fingers are crossed for this functionality soon!

Here’s how to do it:
  1. In the TeamRaiser tab of dashboards, update the filters at the top to reflect the information that you would like to receive.
  2. Save the view for easy access in the future by clicking the drop-down in the top right.
  3. Click on the clock icon on the top right side of your screen. Determine how often and at what time you would like to receive the report. Click Schedule.
