Wasn't able to attend the session on this but am curious what this is referring to: Consolidated Operations: Reducing the need for multiple third-party vendors with an all-in-one platform.

We currently have to use a third party tool to get gifts from Luminate Online into our Raiser's Edge database, which is very inefficient and labor-intensive.

The webinar on this subject mentioned nothing about Venmo for recurring donations? Is this really going to be implemented for both One-Time and Monthly donations?

Also, We have Paypal on our existing Donation pages but it takes to donor to Paypal to login, how will this change with the new Paypal integration for One-Time and Monthly donations? Will they no longer be taken to Paypal to login?

Hi John, Venmo is the only digital wallet that will not support recurring payment methods, as at this time Venmo itself does not yet support recurring payment methods via their digital wallet.

For the native PayPal integration with BBMS, it will continue to then redirect a donor to their PayPal login, same with Apple Pay & Google Pay. The difference being that the PayPal digital wallet will remain with all the other additional digital wallets, include Venmo and be within the payments information section of your donation forms.

Great new updates. I wish there were some sort of help with setting up PayPal. We've had no luck getting an actual PayPal account set up, so we can't implement it as a payment processor. Will H on the Luminate team did everything he could. It would be nice to be able to use it.

Hi Amy, I have reached out to you in a direct message to gather more info on the issues you are experiencing and hoping we can work with you to resolve. Look forward to connecting.
