The new year is right around the corner. My family likes to make a New Year’s resolution around learning something new. My oldest son wants to learn a third language, and my youngest son wants to learn more about dinosaurs. I do love languages and have learned to like dinosaurs, but my learning goals are geared toward professional development. So, what skills do I want to develop? And do I need to refresh any skills before diving deeper?
