Blackbaud Hosting Services – Holiday Schedule Information

The holiday season is quickly approaching and the Hosting Services team would like to provide the information below regarding update schedules and Customer Support hours, for your reference:

Hosting Services grey out dates for updates:

• November 25^th – December 3^rd
  
• December 21^st – January 4^th
  

During these times, all standard maintenance will be postponed.  While emergency patches are a possibility, they are extremely unlikely in general.

Customer Support Holiday Hours for US Customers:

• 
  
• Wednesday, 11/27: Blackbaud Closes at 3pm ET
  
• Thursday, 11/28: Blackbaud Closed in observance of Thanksgiving
  
• Friday, 11/29: Blackbaud Closed the day after Thanksgiving
  
• Tuesday, 12/24: Blackbaud Closes at 3pm ET
  
• Wednesday, 12/25: Blackbaud Closed in observance of Christmas
  
• Tuesday, 12/31: Blackbaud Closes at 3pm ET
  
• Wednesday, 1/1: Blackbaud Closed in observance of New Year’s Day
  

As always, our online Support resources will also be available to users with active maintenance.
