Have You Seen the Training Videos and User Guides for Hosting Services?

Did you know that in addition to this blog and our Knowledgebase, Blackbaud has many additional online resources for our hosted customers? Several of our teams, including Hosting Support and Hosting Implementation have put together these resources to assist existing users as well as new customers with the transition to Blackbaud Hosting Services.

On the Blackbaud website we have a Blackbaud Hosting Services page. From this page, you can access training videos that cover tasks such as adding users, using the Citrix Universal Printer, identifying your Citrix version, and more. There are videos for Administrative tasks, as well as videos for the standard users. These training videos can also be found on the BlackbaudSupport page on YouTube.
