Have You Seen the New Customer Portal on Blackbaud.com?

Blackbaud is pleased to announce the next phase of the single sign-on experience with the launch of our Customer Portal. The new portal is accessed by clicking the “my blackbaud” link when logged into www.blackbaud.com. From this page you have access to edit your user profile, view your organization information, manage roles and search Knowledgebase.  Users also have direct access to chat and the ability to view a snapshot of recent Support cases right on the main page.



With this change also comes updated steps for Site Administrators to reset Hosting Passwords via Blackbaud.com. This feature is now located at the bottom of the About Me field, below Roles and FTP instructions:



Users also have the ability to view a snapshot of current Support cases right from this page on the right-hand side under My support resources:
