Blackbaud Hosting Thanksgiving Support Hours

The Hosting Services team would like to make you aware of Blackbaud’s Support hours on the Thanksgiving holiday so you and your team can prepare accordingly.
On Wednesday, our U.S. offices will close at 3:00 pm ET and reopen on Monday, November 30th in observance of Thanksgiving. We will continue to provide support for our customers in Canada, Europe, and the Pacific. As a reminder, our online support resources are always available.
In the meantime, if you have questions, please create a case on Case Central, choose your product, and select the Blackbaud Application Hosting topic or contact our Hosting Support team using our chat feature.
