At Blackbaud, we love building things. We find joy in creating solutions and one of the perks of our global JustGiving team is the ability to learn and see how so many of you use the solution throughout much of the world. It's always exciting to us to observe that some parts of fundraising are the same and some elements are dramatically different based on region. That's why we rely so heavily on quarterly surveys. It helps us to get a pulse check if our work is headed in the right direction or if we need to PIVOT (any Friends fans out there?).




In fact, because of your honest feedback in previous surveys, we were able to dedicate resources to improving the integration with Blackbaud Raiser's Edge NXT®. We also created an entire task force to dig into the common pain points of the charity experience like offline donations, reporting, and top Customer Support case topics. Change can take time, but your feedback has really helped us steer the ship on a course that we believe will benefit you and your fundraisers in the future.
