New Coaching Emails Released
We have a dedicated team of email experts who aim to boost fundraising activity through creating and sending lifecycle emails. They have designed a series of communications aimed at coaching the individuals who have created a personal fundraising page connected to your campaign. These are now live and being sent to your supporters on your behalf.
Our Fundraiser Lifecycle Emails are data driven, built and designed by a team with more than 20 years of combined experience in their field. These email reminders and messages are specific to a person and their activity because we believe that supporting them can make a big difference to engagement and the amount of funds raised for your campaign.
For example, when we rolled these emails out to our counterparts in the UK, fundraisers received 4 more donations per page and raised almost $50 more than those who were not coached automatically.
As of February 2022, email recipients in the US and Canada raised $25.70 more than those who did not receive the communications. Recipients were also 4% more likely to get a donation than those who did not get coaching.

Our lifecycle emails automatically offer messages of positive recognition when a page owner hits an important milestone, but also nudge fundraisers to keep up activity and share updates to prevent their fundraising from becoming stagnant. These templated, non-customizable communications achieve the following:

These are optional and can be turned off by administrators in the United States and Canada. Simply navigate to Branding> Fundraiser Lifecycle Emails> Opt Out.
Your supporters can opt out from receiving the communications by clicking the Unsubscribe link at the bottom of their email. Please note, by clicking Confirm unsubscribe, they will be opting out of receiving email updates related to pages they create (like donation notifications or fundraising tips to help you raise more for your cause).
