New Admins Can Now Use Their Blackbaud ID To Log Into JustGiving
Your Blackbaud ID is the key to almost every door at Blackbaud - it allows you to access some products like Blackbaud Raiser’s Edge NXT® and leverage valuable resources, such as Blackbaud Training and Support. In today’s post, we will define Blackbaud ID as well as answer some frequently asked questions about using Blackbaud ID with JustGiving® from Blackbaud®.
Blackbaud ID invites are triggered to users who have not set up their account yet. If you recently joined the Blackbaud family, you may have been sent an invite; look for an email with the subject line: You have been invited to Blackbaud. Once you receive the invitation, please click on the blue Accept Invitation button and work through the Sign Up steps.
Do I need a Blackbaud ID?

Yes! All JustGiving admins are encouraged to set up their ID through the designated invite so they can conveniently create a chat case with customer support. Technical support is a critical part of getting your questions answered in a timely manner. BBID is required to work with Customer Support.
What is a Blackbaud ID?

Your Blackbaud ID is the login credentials you use to securely access your Blackbaud profile, RE NXT, and Support resources.

The credentials are affiliated to your organization, charity and/or nonprofit and help us keep accurate records.

Do I use the Blackbaud ID to log into JustGiving?

As of March 2022, JustGiving supports single sign on verification using the BBID credentials for newly created admin accounts. We are looking to roll this out to accounts created prior to March 1 and you will be notified via email as needed.

Designate at least two organization administrators

Verify your Blackbaud ID is linked to your organization via your profile on Blackbaud.com.

Once logged in, click on your initials via the upper right-hand corner, click into your profile and view the organizations tab. Your organization should be listed.
