Breaking Change: PUT --> PATCH

During our SKY API Tech Preview 2.0 period, the API will be subject to a few periodic breaking changes as we refine and improve it. We wanted to let you know in advance that one of these changes is scheduled to be introduced in the next day or so. 

We will replace existing PUT endpoints to use PATCH, instead. Unlike PUT, PATCH can be used to update partial resources. For instance, when you only need to update one field of the resource. In this way the payload size is optimized. 

We hope that developers will enjoy this change, as it should be simpler and more performant. Any feedback is welcome.
