Developers using APIs to deliver mission-critical functionality in their applications need to know immediately if those APIs are unavailable or response times are spiking. It's also important to know why an incident is occurring and when a resolution could be expected. 

For this reason, we introduced a SKY API Status page last year, to keep our developers informed of API availability and incident details.

We've recently moved the page link from under the Support menu to the top navigation in the SKY API Developer Portal, for greater transparency and quicker access. Even better than periodically checking SKY API status, you can and should subscribe to automatic updates.
