Breaking changes planned for Blackbaud CRM™ and Blackbaud Altru®

Breaking changes are planned for April 16, 2024. They affect the following endpoints for Blackbaud CRM and Blackbaud Altru:

  • marketing
  • event
  • prospect
  • revenue
  • volunteer
  • constituent

These updates are necessary to:
  • maximize the Blackbaud CRM and Blackbaud Altru integrations with Blackbaud Donation Forms
  • publish new batch-related and fundraising endpoints
  • correct some field level naming inconsistencies to improve ease of use
