Updates to Query API (Preview)

The Query API is a public preview API that handles information related to query for Financial Edge NXT and Raiser’s Edge NXT.

We've' added the following properties to the Query API (Preview):

To return records in a static query's saved ID set, use_static_query_id_set was added to the StartQueryExecutionJobByID request body.
To return results as CSV, JSON, or JSONL files, output_format was added to the StartQueryExecutionJobByID and StartQueryExecutionJob request bodies.

We've also added the StartRefreshStaticQueryByID endpoint to refresh the keys of a static query.
