Breaking changes for Blackbaud CRM™ and Blackbaud Altru®

The breaking changes announced earlier this April are now live and generally available. They affect endpoints for Blackbaud CRM™ and Blackbaud Altru®.

The following endpoints are affected for Blackbaud CRM and Blackbaud Altru:

  • marketing
  • event
  • prospect
  • revenue
  • volunteer
  • constituent


These updates are necessary to:
  • maximize the Blackbaud CRM and Blackbaud Altru integrations with Blackbaud Donation Forms
  • publish new batch-related and fundraising endpoints
  • correct some field level naming inconsistencies to improve ease of use
