This is really stellar! Thanks so much for taking the time to write a blog post on this topic!
I love this!!  Great way to get someone up to speed quickly!
Good list!
Wonderful information! We will put some of these to use soon!
This is such a great guide to help with the training process.  Thank you for sharing!
This is so helpful!  I have just hired someone and this is going to serve and a great roadmap for the training process.
This was excellent. My job description includes a lot of what is in the outline, and I'd like to say the sequencing is perfect. I hope it did well in the blog contest!
Thanks for sharing this. My boss is hoping I can trim something down to less than 6 hours of training to get someone going... we shall see.

This is great! I would love to see this same kind of guide for other Blackbaud products!
OOOOH! Super useful!
This is good stuff here. It's tempting to want the new person to just figure it all out soon and that way leads to frustration.
LOVE the thought you put in on this Susan Chomsky‍ - totally going to R&D (rip off and duplicate)
I like your plan. Thanks for sharing!
Good luck, Susan Chomsky‍ !
