Prayer requests
To make it easier to provide follow-up and outreach, church admins can now view email addresses for congregants who made prayer requests. From ConstituentsPrayer requests, under Prayer Requests, each request displays a name and email address, if they were provided. To find all the requests from an individual, you can now search the list by their email address.

Note: Email addresses never appear on the public prayer wall.

Donation and online registration forms
To help maintain standards in your database, you can now choose whether to mark new addresses as primary when existing congregants enter them through donation or online registration forms. For example, if your church spells out words such as Street or Lane and a congregant enters an abbreviation, duplicate detection identifies the difference as a new address. Previously, forms marked all new addresses as primary. With this new option, you can choose to leave existing addresses that are properly formatted marked primary and save new addresses as additional information on constituent records.

To change the default setting, from ToolsSettings, under Address mapping, clear Mark new addresses for existing constituents as primary. For more information, see Form Settings.

Note: Regardless of the option you choose, the first address for a constituent is always automatically marked primary.
