• Add participants to a class occurrence or one-time class before or after it happens. This enables you to add guests to a class for attendance tracking, even if they only attend once. If you know the guest is likely to attend again, you can add them to all future occurrences of the class.

• Remove participants who aren’t part of a roster from a single occurrence or one-time class that hasn’t happened yet. For example, if a participant needs to change which day they’ll attend a class, you can remove them from the occurrence and add them to a different one.

Event registration forms
To save time, you can now easily reuse colors after you apply them to registration forms. For example, if you enter a hex value to match your church's branding, the form saves the color in the selector so you don't have to enter it again.

From an event record, under Online registration forms, edit an existing form or create a new one. Under Form, Form designer, from Style, change the color for any part of the form and select Apply. The next time you add or edit a registration form, the color is a default option.
