Table entries for Allergies
Based on feedback from the Community, you can now add to the list of allergies available to assign to an individual for care information. Previously, the list was static and missing some allergies.

To add an allergy, go to Control panel, Fields and tables. On the new Table entries tab, select Allergies and then New entry. You can also archive table entries you no longer need.

Note: You can also update the entries for Method of joining and Reason for leaving in Fields and tables. For now, you can still manage those fields in Constituents, Settings, but eventually all fields currently found in Constituents, Settings will be managed in Fields and tables.

Tip: Only users with rights to edit table entries can add or edit field values. To assign these rights, in Security, add a user to a Settings role. From that role, select Manage table entries. For more information, see Fields and Tables.
