@Jason Kelliher You had mentioned testing the forms created in the new grantee portal. Is there a testing environment to do so or how do you recommend we do this? Thank you.
The Consider stage only pulls in the last names of the contacts entered on the application using the new contact tables, even though both first and last name are required on the form. This issue did not occur with the previous version of contact tables that required the extra 2 steps to indicate contact role. Anyone else…
From the Form Builder, how do I add this exact same component that was imported from legacy system? I cannot find it. I only see the layout options or a custom text, which is just a regular text field. Name of Component from Import to add more in Form Builder.JPG UPDATE: Just to close this out for posterity: I failed to…
Hello all. A recent blog post indicates that changes have been made to Document Template that indicate you can now change merge fields in microsoft word for web browser. When I click the red exclamation points, the messages both say that the answeres in certain fields have exceeded the allowable characters. 1- Is the applicant also receiving this message? 2- How can I…
Trying to add more contacts to a contact table, but not able to…
I added a table to a form and then dropped and dragged the text fields into the table, but it looks no different than leaving the fields as completely separate text fields. I'm not sure what purpose the table is serving, if someone could explain it to me.

We receive a high volume of applications and consider in bulk which requires the need to view the full application in bulk. In the legacy version of the consider stage, we had the option to right click the application to open in a separate tab during the consider stage to catch primary contact updates, etc. Right now in…
Based on my understanding of the new grantee portal, forms (requirements) must be under a Program. If the Legacy Requirements will be accessible in the new grantee portal when the legacy portal ends in August (we have been informed BB is working on this), will the system automatically link those to a Program? How will this…
