When you use a page template from a different application, the display conditions do not copy over. Using a page template from a different application should copy everything about that page and its fields, including any conditions attached to the field.

The Consider stage only pulls in the last names of the contacts entered on the application using the new contact tables, even though both first and last name are required on the form. This issue did not occur with the previous version of contact tables that required the extra 2 steps to indicate contact role. Anyone else…
